Reposting Megan's Law Info - Is this legal?

Looking on the Megan's Law site, it doesn't appear to say that re-posting the names, pictures, (and/or other information) is illegal, but that you just cannot do it in a haring manner. I cant seem to find the legalities involved in reposting/mirroring publically available info of this nature. Anyone have more clarification than what the Megan's Law site already states very vaguely?
