Help ;/ embarist about thiss...?

How can I test in cl..the teachers don't know I have diabetes and nor do some of my friends..I don't want them to know and if I tell them they will think im a freak..I even asked them what they would say if they found out their friend was daibetic..I need help..how can I test in clss without people seeing
