Could this be serious?

I went to the bathroom to go poo and when i was ready to wipe and then i looked back and saw that the toilet bowl water was red. My mom put this stuff in the toilet that turns the water blue but my blood from my covered the blue right up. Then i went to wipe and i looked at the toilet paper and saw this long blood like thing and it looked squishy. Anyway is there something wrong with me? Should i go to my doctor?
