Can any experienced people tell me if this is a healthy daily diet for my rotts...?

I boil either chicken liver or gizzard with 2 cloves of garlic in a pot full of water I then use the broth from it and pour a moderate amount into their Canidae ALS dry food and mix it together to moisten it,I also add 3 pieces of raw chicken neck into each of their bowls,I know some people say that feeding raw and kibble could affect their digestion but this does'nt seem to affect my dogs.The reason I started feeding like this is cause some months ago I got a new rottie she was already 15 months and was refusing to eat because of separation anxiety but I used to trick her into eating some of this,anyway I've been feeding this to all of my dogs ever since...is this ok?
