Someone has stolen my cell phone of model nokia 6020.how can i get back it??please help me?

someone has stolen my nokia6020 cell phone at 7 february 2007.i didn't complaint for it in police still.what should i do?how can i get my cell phone back?my number is of hutch.is there any chance ???please help me soon
