What is the best way to breathe when running a mile?

When you are running, just take deep, calm and controlled breaths. I am a beginner-ish runner and I have found that when I breath more calmly, it makes me feel less tired! Haha, I breathe in and out through my mouth mostly, but I use my nose too. Just whatever feels the best. You should also go on runs sometimes if you want to improve 30 seconds by august.
