Would you consider taking on an extreme Atopic dog if....?

The cost of consultation by the top specialist in the country and the imunotherapy drug they needed reguarly was paid for by another party? u would have to pay for the food, specialist shampoos, frontline, malasetic wipes, preds and would have to administer the injection yourself? Would u still do it?
