Can my girlfriend who is trying to get reinstated as a Jehovah Witness do so while we are living together?

My girlfriend and I have been living together for 7 months and last week she decided to start studying the bible with Jehovah Witness's. She grew up as a witness but stopped participating with them when she left for college. I just want to know if she can be reinstated if she is living with a boyfriend who is not a Witness and never going to be one.
