Urgent...Has anyone EVER experienced this?

That sounds like me when I got pregnant with my first. I got pregnant in November, had a very light period in December. Thought nothing of it. New Years Eve my friend mentioned that my looked huge, again never thought anything of it. My appetite was crazy, I couldn't get full, finally at the end of January I realized that I might be pregnant. And I was 9 weeks pregnant. (I wasn't the brightest crayon in the box back then)
