Subconscious preference or just coincidence?

I suppose that it depends on what angle you are looking at the bed. If you are watching it on TV the man is on left but if you are laying in the bed then the man is on the right. Maybe you are reading a little too much into this all together. I, for example, like to be on the right from a TV watching point of view.
