Please help, im confused and dont know if im pregnant?

Well I went on the pill about a week after I started going out with my boyfriend ( we used condoms before) and i think i went on it say a monday, forgot to take that saturday,sunday and monday, on that monday i went to a consultation about the implant and told her id forgotten to take past 3 days and she said take on that tuesday and by the monday coming(6 days later) id be protected so the monday i should have been protected i kept using a condom until thursday then i told him i was on the pill and we haven't used a condom since and i went off on this sunday just gone for my break (it has been about 3 weeks since i went on it) but i only have had brown discharge since tuesday or wednesday not proper period (mine usually last 2/3 days) im scared and don't know what to do, my appointment for the implant is 6th november and i feel really sick and don't know what to do, im only 16( i don't sleep around, i only slept with my boyfriend cause i knew it was right and because i love him)
