Good deal for a new camera?

I found an online deal for a Nikon D80 camera with the Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G ED AF-S DX Zoom lens plus other stuff like a Memory card, tripod, camera case, and other stuff for $450. All new too. Sounds super cheap for what you get and I just wanted to see what other people thought.
