Can iguanas eat tofu?

yes they can. it is another sourse of protein. don't feed it alone but mix it with the other food that you feed him. but make sure you give more of the other food because tofu is a good protein food but does not contain all the vits that they need from their food. i have 2 iguanas and 2 eardies and i feed them all tofu with their food and they love it. just make sure that you add the vitamins to the food when you feed. but yes tofu you can feed to iguanas. i also do rescues from my local shelter for the iguanas that come in and tofu is what i feed them to get them to pick up their weight. it is good if they are a little thin but add or mix it with the other food that you feed. good luck
